![]() on Public Television! Teachers and parents view Mark Kistler as a high-energy art crusader. For the past three decades, Mark has taught millions of kids how to draw in 3-D. He has given over 7,000 elementary school assemblies around the world, including stops in Australia, Germany, England, Mexico and the United States. Mark deeply believes that learning to draw in 3-D builds a child's critical thinking skills while nourishing self-esteem. As Mark states, "My philosophy is simple: if kids can learn to draw in 3-D, they feel good about themselves. This self-esteem helps them to excel in all subjects." As a result, Mark has received over one million letters and drawings from student artists. In addition to hosting Mark Kistler's Imagination Station (105 episodes), Mark also hosted The Secret City (65 episodes), The Draw Squad (48 episodes) and The New Secret City (3 episodes). He has been a featured guest on Nickelodeon's Outa Here! In these episodes, Mark once again teaches kids to draw in 3-D using his "Twelve Renaissance Words," while telling imaginative stories that involve space, futuristic cities, deep sea creatures and medieval legends. The shows feature examples of both hand-drawn cell animation and computer animation. In addition to the drawing segments, Mark proudly displays the drawings sent in from kids in such diverse places as Guam and Nigeria where his shows have aired. Award-winning producer Robert Neustadt produces the new series. Robert works in Chicago and has produced reality-based programming for Paramount, NBC, Fox and the Discovery Channel. Program Directors' Note: The broadcast rights for episodes #401 - #465 will be extended with a Program Director's email request to info@markkistler.com or phone call to 888-837-2933.
